Thank you for purchasing our sexy and unique products! We are super excited to have you as our customer! The following are a few of our policies to make sure that everybody understands how we do business.

PAYMENT: We currently utilize PayPal and also accept most major credit cards through Stripe our online store.

PRIVACY: Information provided to us by our customers will always be kept strictly confidential. We will never sell or give out your information to any other organization. The identity of our casting models is kept extremely private. Any model wishing to have his/her name associated with a particular casting must express this in writing. All images sent to Bits & Bubbles by casting volunteers or customers as part of the casting process will not be published, shared or sold under any circumstances. Your privacy is our top priority.

ARTISTIC LICENSE: Since our products are all handmade, no two items will look exactly the same. Please expect subtle differences in our designs from time to time. We do our very best to stay true to the spirit of the design, but complete replication is not really possible. We do our best to make sure the photographic representation of what you're buying from our online shop is as close to how the items will look when they arrive.

SHIPPING: We ship using USPS. We normally ship within 72 hours of receiving your order. We do our best to ensure your items are packaged securely for their trip to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you would like package insurance, please contact us.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns. If you have any issues with your order please email us right away so we can work towards a positive resolution.  

COMPUTER ERROR: We reserve the right to cancel any order that was a result of a mistake in our system. Nobody is perfect and computer systems aren’t without fault. That being said we will do everything reasonable within our power to rectify any potential negative situation created by a system error to the satisfaction of our valued customers.

ALLERGIES: It is the responsibility of the users of our soaps, toys and other items to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you should test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over. Use your best judgment or discuss our products with your doctor before using. Of course, if you experience any skin irritation, please discontinue use of the product immediately and consult your health care provider. *All our soaps are for external use only

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: If you would like to sell our handmade products in your store, please contact us and tell us what you have in mind. We would love to discuss how we could get our products in your shops. Our soaps and toys are very unique and once your customers start using them, they will come back for more.

SHELF LIFE: Handcrafted soap will continue to evaporate water and will continually lose weight and shrink in size. To prolong the shelf life of your soap store in a cool, dry location. Please use your soap within a reasonable amount of time from purchase.

BOOKING: A $20 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your casting time slot.

This fee will be applied towards the total cost of your casting session.

The remaining balance due can be paid before or at the time of your session.

We allow you to reschedule your casting visit, but the new session must be rescheduled within a 6-week window.

A failure to keep your appointment or a failure to reschedule within the 6-week window will result in the loss of your $20 booking deposit.  Should this occur, a new session can be booked but a new $20 non-refundable booking deposit will be required.
